Anna Yuen - Nanjing International School

Anna's journey at Nanjing International School has spanned seventeen years. She currently serves as the Activities Director, collaborating with Aquatics and Athletics colleagues to shape a diverse Activities Program. Her responsibilities include overseeing CAS in the DP and Service in the MYP, encouraging student participation in events such as ISTA and MUN, leading the Global Citizen Diploma with a Student Steering Committee, organizing Discover China trips, and managing the whole school Student Activities Program. NIS students were the recipients of four ACAMIS Service-Learning Grants (2019, 2020, 2021 x 2) and the Jim Koerschen Award in 2020. Anna also facilitates new faculty orientation and engages with alumni. To maintain a direct connection with students, Anna teaches MYP French Language and Acquisition, all while embodying a passion for community, happiness, and cycling.
